What we collect
- Your card. The nine picks, the template, the persona and one-liner, the time it was made, and, if you came from someone else's card, that card's id. Cards are public to anyone with the link.
- Quick-start answers (what you use AI for, how often, whether you pay), if you used the quick start.
- Where you came from: the campaign tags or referring site of your first visit, stored in a first-party cookie for 90 days and saved with your card.
- A hashed network address, kept with each card only to limit abuse. We do not store your IP address itself.
- If you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture, so your cards can be listed under your account.
- Analytics: Google Analytics records page views and events such as making or sharing a card. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling, anonymised session replays) to help us fix confusing parts; it masks text you type. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland neither loads until you accept the cookie banner.
What we use it for
To show and share your card, count how often each AI is picked (shown on tool and trending pages without any personal details), stop spam, and understand which features people use. We don't sell personal data.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the site, stores cards and runs the AI model that writes one-liners (your nine picks and persona title are sent to it; nothing else). Google provides sign-in and analytics; Microsoft provides Clarity. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that cards are made by people.
Your choices
You can make a card without signing in. Draft picks stay in your browser until you publish. To delete a card or your account, email support@my9ai.com with the card link; we remove it within 30 days.
Children
my9ai is not meant for children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data.
